Brewing award-winning ales since 1997, Green Man was founded in downtown Asheville, originally as a brew-pub. In 2010, new ownership and a fresh approach spurred evolutionary change at Green Man. No longer a brew pub, Green Man was able to focus on production, distribution and growth. With the help of the original brewer, John Stuart, and his team, Green Man has evolved into a respected and well-known brewery, known for traditional ales and impressive specialties with a keen eye for quality and consistency.

Welcome Beer: Ommegang Rare Vos, Amber Ale

First Course: Mac & Cheese Bites | Ommegang Witte, Wheat Ale
Creamy pepper jack cheese and shells fried crispy with Sriracha aioli for dipping.

Second Course: Chimichurri Meatballs | Ommegang Hennepin, Farmhouse Saison Latin-inspired beef and pork meatballs topped with fresh garlic and herb sauce, served with an arugula salad.

Third Course: Asian-Style Chicken and Waffles | Ommegang Gnomegang, Blonde Ale Crispy chicken thighs marinated in ginger, Thai Chilies & lemongrass, topped with sizzling ginger and scallion on a sesame waffle with a swirl of spicy Korean honey.

Fourth Course: Dark Chocolate Panna Cotta | Ommegang Three Philosophers, Quadruple Ale Creamy dark chocolate panna cotta topped with tart greek yogurt and Luxardo cherries.
